Abdominal Strengthening for Osteoporosis


Forward flexion of the spine is not safe for those with #osteoporosis. It is possible to have a strong core without going into forward flexion. It is crucial to learn how to modify the abdominal exercises when participating in a strength training, pilates, or yoga class.
